Schellie Andrews

Schellie Andrews, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from American InterContinental University, Schaumburg, IL in 2012. In 2016, she earned a master’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from Providence. Chef Andrews joined the faculty at Charlotte in 2016 after teaching eight years on the North Miami Campus.
She has worked in the hospitality industry for 35 years, first as a professional pastry chef for 20 years and then as a pastry chef instructor for the last 15 years.
